Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card. Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. All transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘EECW’.

All cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing via email to the Meeting Organiser, Encanta Event Management.

Cancellations received up to and including 5.00pm AEST Monday, 25 July 2022 will receive a full refund, less a $150.00 administration fee.

Cancellations received from Tuesday, 26 July 2022 until Monday, 19 September 2022 will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Monday, 19 September 2022.

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without penalty.


The Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) and Encanta Event Management reserve the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others.

Registrations received by Encanta Event Management will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed. Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the event and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.


All details are correct at the time of publication. The Organising Committee and the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) reserve the right to change the programme and social functions at any time without notice. Opinions expressed by authors in their abstracts and during their presentations are personal and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the Organising Committee and the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM).


Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. Neither the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) nor Encanta Event Management covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the Meeting or for theft or damage to belongings.


The Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) and Encanta Event Management will not accept any responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates in the course of the event. Nor will the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) and Encanta Event Management take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the Meeting or associated activities.

Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.


While attending the Symposium you may be photographed. By registering for the Symposium, you agree to these photographs being used for promotional purposes.


During the process of registration, Encanta Event Management will gather and record personal information necessary for your attendance. All personal information is gathered, stored and disseminated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.

Condition of Entry to the Trade Display and Exhibition

  • The Exhibition space contains safety hazards, especially for children.
  • Entry is at your own risk. You are responsible for the safety and conduct of children and guests. Children must be supervised at all times, and if risk or behaviour requires, may be excluded.
  • The College may exclude or remove any person from the area for safety concerns or inappropriate or unruly behaviour.
  • You release the College and exhibitors from all claims and indemnify the College for claims arising from your conduct or that of your invitees.
  • Some areas may be excluded to non-clinicians as required under Federal Government laws and guidelines relating to the promotion of therapeutic and medical goods and products.
